A new addition to the family

Three weeks ago I took on the most important job I’ll ever have – I became a mum to a baby girl we have named Ariana.

During my the last few days of my pregnancy, I was inspired by Buenos Aires-based photographer Sophie Starzenski who had taken these stunning snaps of her growing bump over her pregnancy.

I love photographing other people but these are my first ever selfies – I took them when I was 39 weeks pregnant and then with a 3 week old Ariana.

I know I'm no pro, but I’m absolutely loving experimenting with my camera and documenting those precious first days of a newborn's life.
